We all know about following the Lord. We know how it important it is to abide and be led by His ways. But when we are honest with ourselves, this “following” could have its lack and limitations. Patch Up The Cracks: Retaining The Word
God does not want us to merely pursue an earthly satisfaction, peace, being worry free and care free. He wants us to be build up and strengthened even more with His word. However, the word of God seem to be “leaking” out of our hearts and minds through different gaps. So let us pray to be vigil and all the more focused on putting our eyes on listening and meditating upon His instructions. When we retain God’s word and use it as our main influence and compass, then can we stand tall before all our present circumstances.

And because we are all born in the darkness of our sins, the main problem is that we become desensitised to knowing what real darkness is. Our hearts and minds are yielding to different things daily. However, what we yield to has great ripple effects to all areas of our lives. However, when we yield to the Word of God, it reminds us of the Lord who is personally with us, guiding us and helping us through in all things. Where’s My Harvest?
Many times when we serve the Lord or men, one of the perspective we quickly blur out after a while is that we are actually accountable to God, not to men. What we reap comes from Him. When we do something, the success or failure is actually not based on the outcomes we see, but whether it pleases our God. So where are you seeking your harvest in?
Love: Sincere
God calls to mind for us to be real and sincere in our love, be apart from our pretence and politeness. Lest we become more and more accustomed to the trappings of a pretentious faith living, from the outward to within our hearts. But to really keep ourselves on our toes and steer clear of pretentious love and faith walk, what can we do today?
“Seeing” God
We may not be able to see God, but His realness is experienced when we keep in step with His Word and see it working in our lives or those around us. May we test and affirm His working hands everyday so that in the last days, we will become wise in the true knowledge of Him and be equipped for every good work He calls us into.
